Holotype: FFR 3054. Paratypes: FFR 3055 (23); CMK 20135 (3).

Type locality: Turkey, Sıvas prov., Akdere Stream at Gürün county, Ceyhan River drainage.

Etymology: The name chilo is a Latin word meaning who has with big lip.
