Encephalartos schaijesii Malaisse, Sclavo & Crosiers, Bull. Jard. Bot. Natl. Belg. 62(1-4): 215 (1993).

  • Type locality: Zaire: a 26 km a I'WSW de Kolwezi, Mupenda (10 44' S, 27 15' E), savane sur sables de Kalahari.
  • Typus: leg. Malaisse, Moretti & Sclavo 3; 1988-03; Holotype: BR.
